Eilean Donan Castle

A Spanish trooper, his head under his arm, has been seen at the Castle. The Spanish were used when the 5th Earl of Seaforth established a garrison at the castle during the Jacobite Rebellion but the Government thwarted this, and the Spanish troops bore heavy losses at the ensuing battle of Glenshiel. Lady Mary also apparently haunts one of the bedrooms.
