Royal and Derngate

A "Grey Lady" has been observed here on many occasions, normally during children's shows in one of the boxes, it is said. There are also stories of a spectral old lady seen in various locations; it is unclear if this is the same female ghost mentioned above. Doors slamming, someone reporting feeling a hand on his shoulder and other phenomena has been experienced here too, including interference with electrical equipment.
