This is a reproduction of a colour plate from the 6 volume "The Compact Encyclopedia" from the early to mid 1930s. The only caveat is that the Leyland Line flag was plain red in 1912. Also, some observers claim that Canadian Pacific Steamships funnel had a thin line of black at the top, but this is probably due to the smearing of vented soot at the top of the stack.
