U.S.S. Enterprise, NCC-1701 and NCC-1701-A

These photos were taken in July 1989. The original model of the Starship Enterprise is currently suspended from the roof of the Smithsonian Air and Space Museum in Washngton, D.C, USA. The model is huge (about 12 feet long), and is very impressive. I am not sure the colour of the deflector dish is right (should be red rather than gold), but apart from this minor niggle, it is excellent.

Taken in November 2008, this photo shows a model of the Enterprise-A hanging from the roof of the Planet Hollywood Restaurant in London. The model is about 5 feet long.

(Similar to the first picture but utilising a digital zoom)

More photos of the Enterprise-A model from the new location of the Planet Hollywood restaurant in London; taken in August 2014. The new venue has a balcony that allows photos from two different vantage points, but sadly the blue windows of the arboretum (?) did not show up very well.
