Royal Oak Passage

A procession of monks carrying the body of one of their own to its final rest, in consecrated ground that once stood on the site. The monks come from the Cathedral precincts, crossed the High Street and turned up St George's Street to reach the burial plots. Afterwards, they proceeded down the High Street again. It seems that the procession has now dwindled to a solitary monk. Whisperings have also been heard at the end of the passage and passing down the High Street, though these have not been heard recently.
